***Today’s giveaway is now closed and the lucky winner, drawn by random number generator is……Jamie, who left the following comment…..
“Without a doubt it would be the year my sister and I both got new bikes for Christmas. My parents were always tight on money and that year was just magical for us–everyone in our family talks about that year still, and my sister and I both have pictures from that morning framed on our desks.”
Congrats Jamie, I will be mailing you shortly. 1 day left to win!***
So we come to the penultimate day, phew where does the time go! Today brings us a very sweet knitting book, Itty-Bitty Toys by Susan B Anderson.
This is a gorgeous book filled to the brim with lovely knitted animals and dolls. If you haven’t seen Susan B Anderson’s work before, you have a real treat in store. Even novice knitters can tackle these projects, as there are clear step-by-step directions and detailed diagrams. They are also fairly small projects which is a great incentive when you are just starting out. The more advanced knitter is just going to love the range of toys that can be made, so there is something for everyone. Susan B Anderson also offers a great online knitting course over at Craftsy, which is definitely worth checking out.
I have one copy of the book to give away. Anyone can enter this giveaway, just bear in mind if you are outside the UK it may take a little longer to reach you, but I am running the competition now so that it should have plenty of time to reach anyone before the Christmas season begins in earnest.
There will be one winner chosen from the comments left below on this blog, by random number generator on Sunday 11th December at 10pm GMT/6pm EDT . To enter you need to follow the two steps below, the winner will be contacted via email, but if the person doesn’t claim their prize within 7 days by providing their postal address the prize will be awarded to another person drawn randomly.
